(note half of yeast and olive oil are core difference to &#8220;standard&#8221; bread)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A large Tupperware container or equivalent with a good lid<\/li>\n<li>385g White Flour<\/li>\n<li>288g water at 25 degrees Celsius or warm<\/li>\n<li>7g Salt<\/li>\n<li>38g olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2g dry yeast (yes &#8220;only&#8221; 2 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The how to make it easy to follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HNAK5VcfODc\">video.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>How to make :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dilute the yeast in the water in the Tupperware<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the yeast to fully dissolve (3 minutes) before pouring the oil into it.<\/li>\n<li>Add the flour and the salt<\/li>\n<li>mix a bit but there is no need to knead the dough. A bit like making a sourdough starter.<\/li>\n<li>The clever part of this recipe is several folds of the dough as it is rising in the container. Essentially a fold similar to a wallet fold on both sides. then let rest for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Do this 2 or 3 times.<\/li>\n<li>Then split the dough into 4 balls and shape with flour.<\/li>\n<li>Place the 4 loaves of bread on a cloth with some flour<\/li>\n<li>Then the last rise on a cloth, so that you can transfer into the hot oven at the end.<\/li>\n<li>Cook in a 220 degrees celsius oven until golden or about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2843 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_3426-e1576341924864-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Summary for rising :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>45 minutes first rise<\/li>\n<li>Fold X4 then rise 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Fold X4 then rise 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Fold X4 then rise 40 minutes (not sure if 40 or 30 really make a big difference here)<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle flour on top of the dough and on worktop, place dough on the worktop by putting container upside down on the countertop.<\/li>\n<li>Shape dough to have a square to make 4 bread loaves. Then cut in 4 pieces<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle flour on dough and shape into small loaves of bread<\/li>\n<li>Place on canvas with flour and let rise one last time for 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Transfer onto oven delicately. cook at 220 for 15-18minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Found this recipe and method on the internet and had to try it&#8230;really a cool and easy way to make a superb Ciabatta from scratch.
