{"id":4919,"date":"2025-12-06T16:05:51","date_gmt":"2025-12-06T16:05:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/?p=4919"},"modified":"2025-12-06T16:07:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-06T16:07:02","slug":"plum-and-frangipane-tart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/?p=4919","title":{"rendered":"Plum and Frangipane Tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4926\" src=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum-240x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum-821x1024.png 821w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum-768x958.png 768w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plum.png 1226w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 Plums or a bit more &#8211; cut into 1\/8th<\/li>\n<li>125g of Butter (or a bit more up to 150g for richer)<\/li>\n<li>250g of plain flour<\/li>\n<li>1 egg yolk<\/li>\n<li>50g of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Frangipane :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g butter<\/li>\n<li>125g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>175g ground almonds<\/li>\n<li>50g of plain flour<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs beaten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Make :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the shortcrust pastry first so it can rest in the fridge for a little while.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the flour, butter, egg yolk, and a small amount of water to make a dough.<\/li>\n<li>With Thermomix &#8211; 20 seconds on speed 4.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap in some clingfilm and put into the fridge until you are done with the rest of the preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius, fan-assisted.<\/li>\n<li>Ground the almonds (TM7 &#8211; 10 seconds on 10) and transfer to a separate bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Put the sugar and butter into the Thermomix and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4.<\/li>\n<li>Add the two eggs, the flour and the almonds.<\/li>\n<li>Mix with the Thermomix with the Butterfly for further.
