(oven)<br \/>\nLeave to rise for 1 hour<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Abaisser&#8221; with a rolling pin to 3\/4 cm thick.<br \/>\nCut Pastry in circles with a glass<br \/>\nRoll into balls with hands. Do not crush the balls.<br \/>\nLeave balls on a floured tray<br \/>\nLet rise again for 30 minutes \/ 40 minutes<br \/>\nCook in a deep fat fryer at 160 degres (4 at a time)<br \/>\nThe balls will cook on one side and then turn on their own (or you might want to help a little bit)\u00a0once that side is cooked.<br \/>\nTake out once they are cooked on both sides<br \/>\nput on absorbing paper to cool down<br \/>\nFill the balls with &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/recettes\/recette_creme-patissiere-facile_28714.aspx\">creme patissiere<\/a>&#8221; \u00a0(or use this ready made mix <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imperialdesserts.com\/dessert\/flan-patissier-creme\/\">Imperial<\/a>) or Home made Blueberry Jelly (! special ! recipe to follow) and sprinkle with icing sugar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The perfect recipe to lift the spirit when on the 23rd of March it is snowing in the UK&#8230;!!
