{"id":833,"date":"2013-08-18T11:01:29","date_gmt":"2013-08-18T11:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thedehons.biz\/wordpress\/?p=833"},"modified":"2013-08-18T11:01:29","modified_gmt":"2013-08-18T11:01:29","slug":"quennelle-exploding-in-oven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/?p=833","title":{"rendered":"Quennelles -exploding in Oven"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We made some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/recettes\/recette_les-vrais-quenelles-natures-lyonnaises_46374.aspx\">Quennelles<\/a> today at my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shangri-lafrancheville.fr\/english\/index.html\">mum&#8217;s place<\/a> in France.<br \/>\nThese ones were very special as they almost &#8220;exploded&#8221; in the oven, this was amazing. They were plain but with a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/recettes\/recette_sauce-nantua-gastronomique_32258.aspx\"> Nantua sauce<\/a> and I served them with large Gambas cooked with lemon and garlic. The secret is not to cook them too hot so that they rise well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-835\" title=\"IMG_1333\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thedehons.biz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-768x1024.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ozone.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_1333-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAll together with a Rhone wine &#8211; I think it was Saint Joseph from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guigal.com\/fr\/\">Guigal-<\/a> very nice.
