Ingredients:
- 250ml warm milk
- 110ml water
- 1tsp / 5g / Sugar
- 1tsp / 5g / Salt
- 2tsp / 10g / Yeast
- 300-320g of Flour
- 60g of melted butter (to be added as last ingredient)
How to make:
- Mix Milk, water, sugar, salt, yeast
- Add Flour and mix
- Add butter and mix well
- Leave to rise for 1 hour
- Make 9 Bals and place into Pyrex cooking dish (3X3)
- Make egg wash with 1 egg and a bit of melted butter
- Cook in warm oven at 200 for 30 minutes approx
